Planet Reptile — Home of Happy Healthy Feeders
Welcome to PlanetReptileLLC.com — Home of Happy Healthy Feeders!
Planet Reptile LLC is a locally owned business based in Galena, Kansas, dedicated to providing quality feeder insects, nutrition, supplies, and resources for reptiles, amphibians, and other exotic animals.
Our story is a little different because Planet Reptile and Happy Healthy Feeders each have their own beginnings, and today those stories come together under one roof.
🌱 The Beginning of Planet Reptile
Planet Reptile LLC was established in August 2024 with a little dream and a big heart.
What began as a dream to build something of my own quickly became a passion for creating a place where reptile and exotic animal owners could find quality products while receiving the kind of personal service that you don't always get from a big company.
I wanted Planet Reptile to be more than a place to buy supplies.
I wanted to create a community for people who love their animals as much as I do.
From the very beginning, Planet Reptile has been built around a simple idea:
Take care of the animals. Take care of the customers. Always keep learning.
What started as a little dream has continued to grow, and I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported Planet Reptile along the way.
💚 The Happy Healthy Feeders Story
Long before Planet Reptile was established, Tammy Adams founded Happy Healthy Feeders in Miller, Missouri.
Tammy started raising feeder insects because she wanted to provide clean, quality feeders for her own animals. As other animal owners discovered what she was doing, the business grew into Happy Healthy Feeders, serving reptile keepers, breeders, hobbyists, and other animal enthusiasts.
Tammy built Happy Healthy Feeders around the same values that are important to us today:
Quality. Care. Dependability. And a genuine love for animals.
Happy Healthy Feeders developed its own history and loyal customers over the years, and we're proud to honor the work Tammy put into building the business.
🦎 Two Stories. One Home.
Planet Reptile and Happy Healthy Feeders were not originally the same business.
Planet Reptile was independently established by April Bailey in August 2024, while Happy Healthy Feeders was founded and owned by Tammy Adams.
Today, those two stories have come together.
Planet Reptile is now home to Happy Healthy Feeders.
This allows us to continue the Happy Healthy Feeders name and the reputation Tammy built while also growing the vision that began with Planet Reptile.
We're excited about what the future holds and look forward to bringing these two passions together to serve our customers and their animals.
🪳 Quality Feeders. Healthy Animals.
